Terms and Conditions

• Prices in Australian dollars til 31/03/11 and involve no GST as not payable.
• Prices cover vehicle, insurances, petrol, driver/guide, national park and ferry fees, restaurant lunch (except beverages), morning and afternoon tea, use of binoculars, umbrellas, ponchos, rainforest reference books and a half or full day (8am-6pm) rainforest charter. 
• Family package available: 2 adults and 2 children (aged 4-14 years) costs $30 less than the 4 person price. Young children aged 0-3 years go free. Please advise child ages when booking so we can cater for child seats for vehicles.  
• Cancellations over 48 hours before departure entitle a complete refund. Between 48-24 hours = 50% of the tour/charter price is charged. Less than 24 hours notice and no shows entitle no refunds.
• Reservations are confirmed once we have recieved a 20% (of total cost) deposit for charters and tours at least 48 hours before departure. The balance is payable on the day of pickup for the charter or tour. Payment of deposit is by electronic funds transfer into our bank account; please contact us for details. 
• Wet Tropics Tours offers adventure travel and associated activities involving an element of risk and although every effort is made to safeguard our clients, you are responsible for personal loss, injury, illness or death due to the actions of anyone beyond our control, Act of God or behaviour of wild creatures.
• We reserve the right to change tour or charter itineraries and substitute vehicles (within same price/class) if necessary due to unfavourable weather, road or vehicle conditions.
